Critical Alarms

Critical alarms created in BMS are captured and converted to maintenance workorders and assigned to technicians. Upon completion the status is updated back to the BMS source.

Run hours alarms initiates a preventive maintenance workorder with a set of checklists which needs to be carried out during the maintenance activity

FDD

FDD, fault detection diagnostics data points are configured to enable capture and process workorders upon occurrence. This keeps the FM managers with real time information across various assets.
